Inversion chairs do not rotate into full inversion as inversion tables, however they do provide the benefits of inversion with less potential stress on the ankles, knees, and hips than with flat inversion tables.
The inversion chair allows you to support yourself in a seated position, rather than by the ankles. Inversion is limited to 70 degrees offering a gentle inversion traction.
