The A to Z Ankle Exerciser
For more protection against ankle injury than high-top shoes, taping and ankle braces. Device provides ankle exercises through full range of motion and functional movement patterns. Weight can be placed laterally, anteriorly and posteriorly at varying distances from the foot, offering a multitude of resistance and assistance levels for stretching and strengthening the ligament, tendons and musculature around the ankle joint. Free weight plates allow monitoring intensity level and progress. Includes one boot, four spring clips, one 5 lb. and one 2.5 weight plate.
