Designed to integrate the use of elastic resistance for strength training with balls, fitness steps, and stability trainers. The station has a large center cavity to fit balls and balance products. It has 6 pin connectors for tubing. Light enough to carry, stackable to preserve space. Station comes with two each of Thera-Band® 12” 18” and 24” tubing in red, green and blue; an exercise bar, two Thera-Band® handles and two Thera-Band® Assist™ attachment devices.
