System includes 4-piece bodyCushion (described above), an Adjuster Caddy Set, a basic instructional video, and two positioning videos, "Positioning for Soft Tissue Work" and "Positioning for Pregnancy." Adjuster set includes two large wedges that elevate the pelvis and decompress the spine, two rectangular adjusters to provide increased lumbar and cervical flexion and deepen the abdominal recess, one small wedge for positioning the cervical spine, and 4 extenders to lengthen the bodyCushion for longer torsos.
