By adding weights you can control the resistance and strengthening treatment for shoulders, backs, hips, thighs and calves. Anti-friction runners allow this unit to be used on a variety of surfaces. Specs: 18” wide x 36” long; Handle adjusts from 32” to 44” high; foam covered grips; 4 removable weight holders; capacity of 250 lbs. To use accessory box with sled, simply remove weight holders and insert box. Specs: 15” wide x 30” long x 6” high with inside dimensions of 14” x 22½” with removable rubber mat.
