VBV and SecureCode
Verified-by-Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are security programs implemented by the credit card companies. Visa and MasterCard want to decrease the amount of fraudulent transactions and would like to offer the extra security to their card holders.
To set up this extra security, please contact your credit card company and fill out necessary information to receive your password. While proceeding through the online checkout, VBV or SecureCode will be activated and we will for your password to authenticate that this order isn’t fraudulent.

When HealthMegaMall Charges Your Account
Your credit card is only charged when your order is shipped. However, when placing the order a pre-authorization request will be sent to your bank to reserve funds on your card to complete the transfer once you complete the checkout process.

Mail-in Order
To pay for your purchase using a Cashier’s Check or Money Order:
1. Place an online order.
2. When placing the order, please be sure to choose Money order payment option.
3. Obtain the final dollar total of your order, including shipping and any applicable tax charges once your order has been completed.
4. Once you’ve completed the check-out process, an order number will be given along with the address to send the check.
5. Confirm that your cashier's check or money order is for the full amount of the order. Never send cash in the mail!
6. Make the cashier’s check or money order payable to HealthMegaMall.com Inc, and include your order number or a copy of your order.
7. Please note payment by Cashier’s Check or Money Order will cause a delay in shipment as all such payments must be received and cleared before product is shipped. This process can take six weeks.

Wire Transfer
For orders larger then US$1000, payment can be sent by a bank wire transfer. To pay for your purchase using a Wire Transfer:
1. Place your order online.
2. When placing the order, please be sure to choose the Wire Transfer payment option.
3. Obtain the final dollar total of your order including shipping and any applicable taxes once your order has been completed.
4. Have your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of your order using the routing information below.

Problems With Invoices and Payment
Some manufacturers send a packing slip showing the recommended retail price for the products. Don’t worry as we will only charge you the price you agreed to pay when you purchased from us online. If you wish to pay the recommended retail price (which is always higher than our prices), you must purchase your items from our competitors, which is a very bad idea!
We only charge you the price you agree to pay at the time of purchase. Please note that our prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and the charges posted to your credit card may be in your local currency. Credit Card companies apply their own exchange rates.
