Check Order Status

It is easy to check the status of your order.  Just visit login and sign in with your username and password. You will see a summary of your orders including the status and tracking information.

What does the order status mean:

1.  Saved - These items are in your shopping cart but have not gone through checkout      yet.
2.  Unpaid - These are items that have been selected but payment has not been received      yet.  Sometimes Credit Card problems result in this status being displayed.  Without      payment, orders will not be processed.  Payment information and store policies are      available here.
3.  Paid - These orders have been paid for and will be processed by the next business      day.
4.  Processing - These orders are currently being processed and packaged. We do not      have shipping information yet.
5.  Shipped - These are orders have been completed and shipped out. Tracking numbers      should be available.
6.  Cancelled - These orders have been cancelled.

Cancel Items or Order

In general orders placed cannot be cancelled. We will endeavour to execute your order cancel request on a best effort courtesy basis but typically, orders placed are shipped right away and we cannot guarantee cancellations will be effected prior to the item being shipped. In case of special orders, custom orders or third party deliveries, we cannot cancel orders and regret any inconvenience.

You may be able to cancel an order provided the item(s) in your order have not been prepared for shipment, or have not shipped. Please login online to view the status of your orders. Please kindly contact us at 1-855-5-911-911 or email us to cancel the order.

If your order had been shipped, you may need to arrange a return once you receive the product. Please review the Returns & Refunds section of online Help. You may need to follow the returns procedure as the product(s) have been packaged or shipped.  Please note that for all returns, shipping is non-refundable and you may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Change Shipping Address

To change the shipping address for your order, you must cancel your order and place a new one.  If you need to cancel your order, please click cancel order.

To change your default shipping address, login to your account and click the “Modify Account” link. Changing the default shipping address will only affect future orders.

Track Shipments

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and in almost all cases, a tracking number.  To view this information online, please sign in to your HealthMegaMall account.  If you ordered multiple items from different suppliers (and the first three digits of the SKU is different), you would receive separate shipments.  Please don’t panic if – for example - you get a box that has only nutraceuticals inside it and the bath security items are not inside it.  They should arrive shortly after.  You would receive different tracking numbers for each box.

Once you are logged in, click view item to view the order status and tracking information.  Tracking information may not be immediately available.  

View or Print Invoice

You’ll be able to view and print invoices for your orders shortly after they have shipped.

To view or print your invoice, login and select view item for the order details for the order containing the item(s) for which you want an invoice. Click the “Printable Version” link on the Order Details page if you wish to get a printable image of your invoice(s).
